Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical advisor for enterprise clients and prospects during the evaluation, adoption, and growth of the cybersecurity platform.

• Grasp customer objectives, challenges, and security needs to align platform features with desired outcomes.

• Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and technical storytelling for both technical and executive audiences.

• Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to enhance revenue and expand market presence.

• Represent the organization at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements.

• Create enablement materials, demonstrations, videos, architectural diagrams, and training resources.

• Work in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams.

• Provide product feedback and innovative insights to the Product Management team.

• Lead and assist in Proofs of Concept that showcase measurable technical and business value.

• Stay informed about platform capabilities, beta features, enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Travel within the U.S. for customer interactions, industry events, partner meetings, and field initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud computing, networking, systems engineering, or related technical domains.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.

• Demonstrated experience interacting with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise settings.

• Deep understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Extensive technical knowledge across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.

• Experience in designing and architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

• Capability to quickly learn modern technologies and excel in a rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse external audiences, including C-level executives.

• Proven experience and enthusiasm for public speaking, live demonstrations, and customer education.

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications; AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect; Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications.
