Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete technical sales process, from demonstrations through proof of concept to securing a technical win.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to create and implement technical strategies for various deals.

• Provide customized demonstrations and proof-of-value sessions.

• Work closely with client security and engineering teams to gain insight into their workflows.

• Effectively position OX within DevSecOps and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams.

• Offer technical direction, architectural advice, and comprehensive documentation.

• Assist in deals by validating technical aspects and addressing objections.

• Represent OX at client meetings, events, and conferences, which may require travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.

• Experience in cybersecurity is highly advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrated capability to support and lead intricate technical sales processes.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and senior executives.

• Sales-oriented mindset: proactive, innovative, and solution-focused.

• Ability to handle technical objections and establish trust with clients.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.

• Experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is a plus.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, along with practical development experience.

• Experience with enterprise clients is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in an additional European language, with German being strongly preferred, is a bonus.
