This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture relationships with technical stakeholders at enterprise-level accounts.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor during the pre-sales and initial post-sales phases.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and assess technical compatibility.
• Recognize automation opportunities and align business requirements with technical capabilities.
• Design solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Prepare customer solution proposals and Statements of Work with input from professional services.
• Develop winning strategies, highlight technical differentiators, and create proof-of-concept plans in collaboration with account executives.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Organize, implement, and oversee customer proofs of concept and pilot initiatives.
• Construct, maintain, and manage product demonstration environments.
• Provide interactive demonstrations and presentations for customers.
• Gather customer feedback and work with product management and engineering to enhance the roadmap and features.
• Train or mentor junior solution engineers and guide sales teams on technical subjects.
• Ensure a seamless transition to professional services and delivery teams.
• Aid in early implementation discovery and track customer outcomes and satisfaction.
• Previous experience in IP networking or network DevOps.
• Over 2 years of experience in developing enterprise network automation solutions.
• Familiarity with selling consulting, managed services, and professional services.
• More than 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales engineering, or consulting.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and sales skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding organizational abilities.
• Strong passion for customer experience and success.
• Capability to comprehend business outcomes and value derived from network automation solutions.
• Customer-centric guidance throughout the automation journey.
• Collaborative mindset across various business units.
• Willingness to participate in both remote and in-person sales meetings.
• Must reside within the Eastern time zone working hours.
