Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a rapidly expanding team addressing both technical and customer challenges.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to convey Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy effectively.

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in closing fast-paced opportunities.

• Provide product and technical presentations to both potential and current customers.

• Engage with customers and internal teams to gather product and competitive insights.

• Propel product discussions rooted in customer needs and challenges.

• Improve documentation, compose blog entries, record instructional videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and develop enablement resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally based in Canada.

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, preferably with Open Source technologies or within the Metrics/Monitoring domain.

• Strong judgment, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a global team in a remote-first setup.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in articulating the company's value proposition and technical product benefits.

• Capability to tackle technical challenges and devise customer solutions.

• A technical mindset with an eagerness to develop further in this area.

• Recent graduates from coding bootcamps or those with prior post-sales or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
