This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the technical strategy for mid-market and enterprise opportunities, guiding them from discovery to technical closure.
• Comprehend customer business challenges, security priorities, application architecture, traffic patterns, and criteria for success.
• Facilitate technical discovery and architecture discussions involving engineering, security, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations, workshops, technical presentations, and proof-of-value exercises.
• Design and verify DataDome deployment strategies across web, mobile, API, CDN, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Assist prospects in navigating technical evaluations, integrations, testing, security assessments, and readiness for production discussions.
• Set up and assess trial environments to confirm DataDome’s detection and mitigation capabilities.
• Examine traffic, logs, detection results, and customer needs to propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Help identify and resolve technical, security, and business objections.
• Gather customer feedback and convert it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop reusable demos, technical documentation, discovery frameworks, and competitive insights.
• Support the mentoring of other Solutions Engineers and enhance the quality and consistency of customer-facing deliverables.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related customer-facing technical position.
• Proven experience in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, developer tools, or a similar technology landscape.
• A history of leading technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, proof-of-value exercises, and security or architecture evaluations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, HTTP, APIs, networking, cloud architecture, CDNs, reverse proxies, and contemporary application infrastructure.
• Ability to convey intricate technical concepts as clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent consultative selling abilities and experience in addressing technical, security, and business objections.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, particularly in communicating with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Candidates with 3 or more years of relevant experience may also be considered if they demonstrate ownership of complex enterprise evaluations, possess strong executive presence, and can work independently.
