This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales team members to pinpoint prospects’ challenges, pain points, and business goals.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Client Experience team members to uncover customers’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
• Assess the technical needs of prospects and customers, align them with best practices, and identify the most suitable product offerings.
• Clearly articulate and position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions.
• Showcase Connected Workplace solutions tailored to the needs and objectives of prospects and customers.
• Customize the application to meet the specific needs and aspirations of prospects and customers.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist with preparing quotes and scope-of-work documents.
• Monitor product enhancements and their relevance to industry challenges.
• Share insights related to products and the industry with peers, colleagues, and partners.
• Provide technical and functional support in response to Requests for Information, Qualification, and Proposal.
• Aid in Proof of Concept and Proof of Value initiatives.
• Contribute to marketing and thought leadership activities such as tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.
• Offer product expertise and field insights to Marketing, Product, and Innovation teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software; or 2+ years of presales experience combined with several years in a relevant industry for Nuvolo.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to discuss complex solutions and convey them in an easily understandable manner.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Experience as a Consultant or working for a software provider is preferred.
