Senior Solutions Architect – Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of Statements of Work that align with client requirements and business goals.

• Promote growth in professional services revenue by identifying opportunities and enhancing service offerings.

• Work collaboratively with SHI stakeholder partner teams to develop synergistic service solutions.

• Engage with sales teams, frontline sellers, and customer success managers to ensure cohesive service delivery and client interaction.

• Contribute to the development of practices, innovation initiatives, and the establishment of practice standards.

• Build and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.

• Provide thought leadership in Service Delivery and offer guidance on technology best practices, trends, and innovations.

• Evaluate business processes and suggest improvements based on industry trends and business insights.

• Oversee the assessment and selection of hardware, software, and product standards.

• Offer recommendations on technology and architecture.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks, phase out legacy solutions, and recommend new partners or solution components.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.

• More than 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and directing projects to successful completion.

• Strong capability to identify, document, and manage the technical needs and specifications of projects.

• Proven ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions.

• Proficient in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in various scripting and programming languages.

• Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure components including firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, and security.

• Expert in developing detailed Statements of Work and fostering revenue growth through professional services engagements.

• Extensive experience with large-scale IT projects encompassing design, deployment, and configuration.
