Senior Solutions Architect – PubSec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation for GitLab’s AI-driven DevSecOps platform.

• Take ownership of technical evaluations, which include solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams throughout Italy to develop account strategies for both acquisition and expansion.

• Cultivate relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders while guiding digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide advice to customers regarding software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud methodologies.

• Relay customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies while creating reusable technical materials.

• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, assisting them through solution design and evaluation.

• Expertise in the complete software development lifecycle, including contemporary DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows.

• Practical experience with GitLab or similar source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.

• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.

• Capability to lead proofs of concept or value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and facilitate workshops or value stream assessments.

• Excellent technical communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in building trusted relationships and serving as a customer advocate.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning of new technologies.

• Fluency in Arabic.
