Senior Solutions Architect, Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Solutions Architect operational toolkit and the business requirements related to systems, workflows, processes, reporting, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, and system owners on implementation, validation, data quality, and operational controls.

• Oversee operational support requests concerning tooling, access, assignments, and data-related issues.

• Enhance processes and system workflows for requesting, assigning, and monitoring SA engagements.

• Establish intake requirements and routing rules while automating manual procedures.

• Document and operationalize the SA engagement model, including cadences, responsibilities, rules of engagement, handoff criteria, and essential customer information.

• Manage SA reporting requirements and uphold data quality standards.

• Provide insights into capacity, engagement, technical evaluation progress, and outcomes.

• Assist SA leaders with coverage and capacity planning, business reviews, and operational rhythms.

• Transform field feedback into operational enhancements; lead testing, rollout, documentation, enablement, and adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in Solutions Architect, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Experience Operations.

• Knowledge of technical sales, pre-sales, and post-sales processes, SA engagement models, technical evaluations, and how SAs demonstrate customer value, facilitate growth, and collaborate with post-sales teams.

• Practical experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, reporting, data quality, and workflow enhancements.

• Capability to translate field requirements into precise system specifications.

• Strong structured problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling capacity, coverage, productivity, and scenarios.

• Significant hands-on experience with AI-native tools to aid in custom reporting and data modeling scenarios.

• Sound judgment, project management expertise, and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, build trust, and influence within a global, distributed organization.
