Senior Solutions Architect – Manufacturing, Industrial Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with senior technical decision-makers within the manufacturing and industrial automation sectors.

• Take ownership of the technical aspects of each opportunity and comprehend how our hybrid agentic Voice AI and embedded voice operate on the customer's hardware, edge silicon, or platform.

• Remove technical obstacles that may arise between initial interest and a finalized agreement.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and professional services teams, converting field insights into actionable strategies for sales, delivery, and product development.

• Influence product development by providing real customer hardware and integration requirements to inform future builds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial/Automation/Controls Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 8 years in solutions or sales engineering, technical pre-sales, systems integration, or hands-on development, including direct technical ownership of evaluations and PoCs.

• Practical knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial automation stack.

• Familiarity with the frontline hardware and the operation of voice on that hardware.

• Demonstrated capability to lead technical evaluations, PoCs, and proof-of-value initiatives from initial discovery to onboarding and post-sales transition.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, capable of engaging both shop-floor engineers and senior or executive stakeholders.

• Authorized to work in the country of hire without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
