Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Empower Presidio account teams through the Modern Platforms EUC strategy.

• Engage with clients to create statements of work, bills of materials, and presentations.

• Facilitate planning and development for both customers and vendors.

• Participate in customer meetings as an integral part of the sales and technical team.

• Gather both business and technical requirements.

• Lead discussions using whiteboards.

• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.

• Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives and generate bills of materials.

• Formulate and present proposals.

• Support Consulting Engineers with project execution.

• Offer daily work guidance to the solutions architect vertical.

• Act as the main escalation contact for solutions architects and clients.

• Aid in pre-sales and post-sales calls, including IKO and EKO meetings.

• Update engineering managers on issues, impediments, escalations, and resource requirements.

• Influence the training and validation of new processes.

• Contribute to the development of new products and solutions.

• Attend client meetings to address high-priority infrastructure concerns and provide or receive guidance.

• Deliver management feedback on process enhancements and areas needing attention.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with AWS EUC Solutions, particularly with WorkSpaces Personal and WorkSpaces Application, including migration and replatforming experience.

• Familiarity with AWS Core third-party offerings related to Citrix Core on CMI and Horizon on Core V1.

• Broad understanding of major EUC products and solutions, mainly Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, Microsoft AVD/Nerdio, Omnissa/Horizon 8, Horizon Cloud, and Workspace ONE.

• Previous experience in consulting and presales roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to present solutions to customers, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and develop compelling written proposals.

• Strong commitment to SLAs and dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Excellent skills in documentation and standardization.

• Desired experience with AWS ProServ Citrix, AWS, AVD, and Omnissa/Horizon technology certifications.

• Additional experience with EUC providers such as VMware, AWS, and Microsoft is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience with EUC vendors/tools like IGEL, Nexthink, ControlUp, Island, Liquidware, FSLogix, and VDI monitoring solutions.

• Experience in a team-lead role or in management positions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• More than 7 years of delivery and architecture experience within the Citrix and EUC ecosystem.

• At least 5 years of experience in one or more areas: virtual applications and desktops, VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, AVD, Azure, and/or AWS WorkSpaces.
