This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and assist in defining the technical requirements and use cases of potential customers
• Align the technical and business value propositions of Immersive Labs with customer needs
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to conduct Proof of Values (POVs) with both new and existing customers to secure technical success
• Develop relationships with key clients to drive positive business outcomes
• Act as a consistent value advocate from the pre-sale phase through to post-sale
• Serve as a security advisor throughout the technical sales process
• Create cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and assess organizational risk
• Partner with clients to fulfill business goals, cybersecurity initiatives, and expected outcomes
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for building cyber workforce resilience
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews
• Suggest enhancements to current cybersecurity programs and propose new initiatives
• Promote adoption and maximize the value derived from the Immersive One Platform
• Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies
• Work with product, content, and engineering teams as the customer advocate
• Assist clients in operationalizing and sustainably integrating Immersive One into their cybersecurity strategies
• Utilize platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to showcase value
• Serve as an escalation point and primary contact between sales, product leadership, and client accounts
• Support the Customer Success Manager with Executive Business Reviews and high-level reports
• Identify opportunities for long-term account health and expansion
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, including pre-sales experience
• Customer Success experience is highly preferred
• Significant experience in client-facing roles
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development
• Comprehensive knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards
• Ability to communicate value and discuss technical concepts in a clear, jargon-free manner
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM
• Experience with public cloud environments
• Proven ability to lead technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Industry certifications like CISSP are desirable but not mandatory
