Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer interactions from the initial discovery phase through to implementation, adoption, and go-live.

• Design and deploy BigPanda solutions across various workflows, integrations, data architecture, and production launches.

• Collaborate with customer technical stakeholders to convert their requirements into detailed solution designs and technical roadmaps.

• Develop necessary integrations, transformations, tools, scripts, and automations for successful implementations.

• Identify and troubleshoot implementation risks while addressing complex customer requirements.

• Escalate architectural decisions that require further review and consideration.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable playbooks, best practices, and architectural patterns.

• Provide mentorship to junior Solutions Architects.

• Achieve the first production go-live within the initial 90 days.

• Manage a portfolio of engagements comprehensively within six months.

• Create a regularly used playbook, pattern, integration, or tool within a year.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to assist enterprise customers in implementing BigPanda and modernizing their incident management and service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in post-sales technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles.

• In-depth understanding of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.

• Familiarity with event and alert schemas, tagging and CI modeling, query languages, and API-level integrations.

• Proven experience in delivering enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in writing and deploying code using Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.

• Strong skills in architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation across diverse platform environments.

• Capability to effectively engage with customer stakeholders, linking technical decisions to business outcomes.

• Excellent consultative communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A passion for enhancing team practices through mentoring, reusable assets, or process improvements.

• Experience with AI coding and agent tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Copilot.

• Demonstrated experience in building solutions with AI coding or agent tools.

• Must be eligible to work in the USA across Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.
