Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer interactions from initial discovery to implementation, adoption, and realization of value.

• Assist strategic customers in executing transformative AIOps initiatives, encompassing the comprehensive design, creation, and deployment of solutions.

• Provide consultancy on AIOps project engagements and implement strategic projects that facilitate customer comprehension and adoption of BigPanda.

• Offer advanced support for intricate customer operational and architectural challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and R&D teams.

• Guide customers on their AI journey, assess AI readiness, and demonstrate outcomes through data.

• Share knowledge and insights to enhance the Professional Services Practice.

• Manage long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

• Deliver production-quality solutions and influence transformation roadmaps.

• Establish practices that assist customers in enhancing operational resilience at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work remotely.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services roles.

• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.

• Proficient in architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments.

• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted tools in your delivery work, including development, data analysis, documentation, and solution design.

• High-energy, self-driven individual capable of managing projects independently from start to finish.

• Experience working with strategic clients, mitigating project risks, and devising solutions to resolve conflicts.

• Background in technical project delivery, including managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in coding with either Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.

• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is advantageous.

• Develop skills in technical areas that facilitate the deployment and integration of BigPanda-based solutions for customer projects.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites 10 - 20% of the time.

• Proficiency in German or French is a plus.

• Practical experience with ITSM tools is beneficial.
