Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop Salesforce architecture, encompassing objects, fields, page layouts, automation, declarative components, analytics, custom settings, and account models.

• Install and set up Salesforce AppExchange and proprietary applications.

• Lead business process workshops and sessions for gathering requirements.

• Define data models and system architecture based on business needs.

• Produce technical documentation, including comprehensive field-level data-flow mappings.

• Compose solution recommendations that consider multiple design options.

• Create mockups and quickly prototype solutions in response to feedback.

• Conduct discovery calls, technical discovery sessions, and gap analyses for potential clients.

• Construct and present customized Salesforce demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments.

• Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process.

• Evaluate implementation efforts and identify potential delivery risks.

• Assist in the transition from sales to delivery by documenting scope, requirements, and design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) is required.

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools.

• Experience in implementing databases and developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

• Familiarity with constructing simple decision models from intricate logic requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint), Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time.

• Preferred qualifications include Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301).
