Senior Solution Architect – Content Supply Chain, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate business and technical discovery sessions.

• Convert customer requirements into solution strategies, recommendations, scoped proposals, and phased roadmaps.

• Develop customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives.

• Assist clients in modernizing content operations through Content Supply Chain strategies, AI-driven workflows, and agentic methodologies.

• Align business priorities with architectural direction and outcomes of Adobe transformations.

• Provide guidance on governance, reuse, metadata, operating models, scalable content delivery, architecture methodologies, integration patterns, risks, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams.

• Deliver presentations to executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex topics.

• Willingness to travel throughout EMEA up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation.

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing solutioning, scoping, advisory roles, or strategic consulting.

• Strong background with enterprise CMS platforms; Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.

• Proven experience in capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and crafting proposals or customer-facing recommendations.

• Capability to translate business needs into solution directions and effectively communicate value to both executive and technical stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of digital experience architecture, CMS integration patterns, and enterprise content management strategies.

• Interest in Content Supply Chain, AI-driven workflows, and emerging agentic capabilities.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage.

• Openness to travel across EMEA up to 30%.
