This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design solutions for customer delivery initiatives
• Establish and execute enterprise integration strategies for UST HealthProof’s core-admin ecosystem
• Connect claims, enrollment, provider, authorization, and payment systems
• Maintain adherence to architecture governance standards
• Collaborate with health plan customers, external vendors, partners, and internal product teams
• Discover opportunities for automation, performance enhancements, and emerging technologies
• Ensure the repeatability and reusability of integration designs, processes, and code
• Lead discussions on technical architecture and solution development
• Guide and mentor technical staff
• Assist in the implementation of technical systems
• Operate across various time zones in a remote work setting
• Travel as necessary based on company requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical discipline
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in technology integrations
• More than 7 years of experience in technical leadership positions
• Extensive experience in the healthcare payer sector, particularly in core-admin platform integration
• Proven track record in architecting enterprise-level software solutions
• Knowledgeable in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Commercial healthcare insurance
• Experience integrating healthcare partner ecosystems, including HealthEdge, TriZetto, NASCO, Advantasure, or Change Healthcare
• Familiarity with EDI healthcare transactions: 837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278
• Experience with healthcare core administration platforms for claims adjudication and enrollment
• Proficient in AWS cloud environments and AWS cloud services
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline practices
• Experience in people management, mentoring, and fostering inclusive and diverse teams
• Background in working within an onshore/offshore model
• Comfortable in a wholly remote environment that relies on asynchronous written communication and collaboration
• Familiarity with HealthEdge applications such as HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is an advantage
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Capable of passing a pre-employment criminal background check
• Fully remote work environment
