Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create assessment and service offerings that encompass architecture, optimizations, technology health evaluations, deployment services, and advisory support.

• Work in partnership with clients, delivery teams, and sales to offer consultative advice, establish strategy, and draft statements of work.

• Examine technical and competitive factors to align solutions with client needs and improve business results.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, internal teams, and delivery leadership to foster growth.

• Establish and maintain connections with key partners.

• Take responsibility for the strategy in the assigned territory and ensure consistent engagement with clients, partners, and vendors.

• Act as a subject matter expert across various solution domains.

• Spearhead outreach initiatives and enablement activities.

• Offer coaching and mentorship to solution architects.

• Create and present training materials for team members and wider audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, along with 5+ years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical pre-sales or delivery capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of architecture, products, technologies, and solutions related to Hybrid Infrastructure.

• Capacity to collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and sway decisions.

• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to design solutions and tackle complex challenges.

• Proficiency in analyzing technical needs and converting concepts into business value.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Maintain at least three partner technical certifications.
