Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of Anaplan models and act as the architectural subject matter expert for extensive connected planning solutions.

• Comprehend, evaluate, and gather requirements that influence the architectural needs for operational solutions that aid product development.

• Provide updates on progress to the Project Team and iteratively incorporate feedback.

• Establish and adhere to best practices for generating scalable and repeatable insights.

• Convert spreadsheets, mockups, and business challenges into advanced Anaplan multidimensional models.

• Adjust existing models to create connected solutions, enhance optimization, or introduce new functionalities.

• Implement standardized processes and documentation for Anaplan models.

• Lead the integration of data and migration solutions.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to steer model architecture and strategic direction.

• Investigate the underlying causes of data and reporting challenges.

• Direct model optimization initiatives throughout the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Operations, Accounting, etc.) or a highly technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, etc.).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building and utilizing Anaplan models.

• Background in working with large data sets to derive insights for consideration by management and executives.

• Advanced problem-solving skills through expert interviews, managing complex data, leading partners, and guiding process development.

• Strong ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, showcasing innovation, accountability, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end model builds in Anaplan.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with executive leadership.

• Preferred: Experience in consulting or an Anaplan architecture role.

• Preferred: Background in collaborating on dynamic projects with go-to-market teams.

• Preferred: Experience in organizational change or project management leadership.

• Preferred: Master Anaplanner Certification.
