This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to gain insights into existing and future processes as well as current systems.
• Identify technical deficiencies, document requirements, devise solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Convert business needs into configuration and data specifications.
• Evaluate current and future business processes, establish technical solutions, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Provide detailed Dayshape product demonstrations to new and potential customers.
• Design and configure intricate workflows to meet customer operational demands.
• Conduct large onsite User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and manage issue trackers and tickets.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate enhancement requests.
• Prepare and deliver train-the-trainer sessions for customer training.
• Work with extensive and complex data sets.
• Offer technical guidance to the broader team.
• Identify enhancements for customers and optimize Dayshape's rollout methodology.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to implementation solutioning in support of Statements of Work.
• Concentrate on 1–2 enterprise customer accounts simultaneously.
• Travel to customer locations as necessary, typically a few days per quarter.
• Extensive experience in a comparable role involving consultative SaaS implementations.
• Previous experience as a Dayshape user is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Significant experience working within large global enterprises, including accountancy firms, professional services agencies, media organizations, or IT consultancies.
• Practical experience in configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a proven ability to guide stakeholders through intricate business transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is important.
• Confidence in stepping in as a Project Manager when required.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team while visiting customer sites as necessary.
• A proactive attitude and capability to contribute from day one.
• Experience with Workday or other PSA solutions is a plus.
• Background in resource management and/or the accounting industry is beneficial.
• Experience leading current-state and future-state implementation workshops is a bonus.
• Implementation pre-sales or solution consultant experience is desirable.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• 31 days of vacation annually, including public holidays, increasing by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 38 days.
