This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Guide a team of engineers and administrators in delivering Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce Clouds.
• Provide leadership, direction, and strategic vision for a growing team focused on platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and streamline business processes utilizing Salesforce and MuleSoft, from inception to execution.
• Leverage extensive technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver top-tier solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, design, and architectural standards.
• Plan and implement a range of Salesforce technologies, ensuring appropriate design, implementation, scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution architects.
• Lead agile development teams using tools such as Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, and testing processes.
• Recruit, coach, develop, motivate, and mentor team members effectively.
• Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce platform, including change/release management, DevOps (CI/CD), operational readiness, support activities, and resolution of production incidents.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships across all areas of responsibility.
• Drive teams to establish and achieve key performance metrics to measure success, including KPIs and OKRs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to comprehend business challenges and assist in planning future business capabilities using leading-edge technology solutions.
• Collaborate with peer groups to promote organizational improvements and operational excellence.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and third-party applications available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare information security best practices and HIPAA regulations, utilizing common control frameworks such as NIST and HITRUST CSF.
• Estimate resource needs and costs, support business cases, and create high-level program plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports.
• A minimum of 10 years as a Salesforce leader who has supervised a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
• At least 5 years of experience with MuleSoft or a similar integration platform.
• Strong expertise in at least two (2) of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Solid background in executing DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery with demonstrable achievements in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS/IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including product/service evaluations, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
• Proven ability to apply a highly analytical skill set to synthesize complex and diverse information.
• Experienced in delivering successful group presentations and leading meetings, with strong verbal articulation skills.
• History of identifying and resolving problems promptly while skillfully gathering and analyzing information.
