This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the daily administration of both custom and standard Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, and modifications to the data model.
β’ Develop and sustain Flow-based automation, which includes screen flows, record-triggered flows, and scheduled flows.
β’ Set up and oversee approval processes, including entry criteria, approval steps, and notification systems.
β’ Configure leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, sales processes, stages, and validation rules within Sales Cloud.
β’ Administer products, price books, quotes, quote templates, and, where applicable, CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced configurations.
β’ Oversee the forecasting hierarchy, forecast categories, quotas, and Enterprise Territory Management.
β’ Set up lead assignment, lead conversion mapping, and rules for duplicate/matching records.
β’ Provide support for Sales Engagement, Einstein Sales features, and Agentforce Sales capabilities.
β’ Configure Service Cloud cases, record types, Service Console layouts, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge articles, entitlements, and SLAs.
β’ Collaborate with Salesforce engineers and architects on declarative configurations and technical architectures.
β’ Transform business requirements into scoped, sized, and sequenced backlog items.
β’ Offer estimation assistance for stories, enhancements, and change requests.
β’ Diagnose production issues and implement solutions or workarounds.
β’ Promote continuous improvement across configuration, automation, and administrative processes.
β’ Support Salesforce Lightning Outlook integration and participate in Agentforce proof-of-concept activities.
β’ Engage in standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sandbox testing, deployments, release validation, and bi-weekly demos.
β’ Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical or high-severity production issues.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
β’ At least 1 year of experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a live environment.
β’ Strong understanding of objects, fields, record types, relationships, and page layouts.
β’ Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining Flow automation and approval processes.
β’ Practical knowledge of Opportunity/Lead management, products, price books, quotes, and forecasting configurations.
β’ Experience with Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlement/SLA setups.
β’ A solid understanding of profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, OWD, and sharing rules.
β’ Comfortable operating within Scrum or Kanban methodologies, including backlog grooming and story estimation.
β’ Ability to troubleshoot production issues under time constraints and communicate updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Availability to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time, including occasional after-hours or weekend support.
β’ Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory.
β’ Platform Administrator II certification is strongly preferred.
β’ Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
β’ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
β’ Experience with Lightning Sync or Lightning for Outlook is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, and POC or pilot experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting large-scale, multi-team Salesforce programs in the hospitality, gaming, or similar industries is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with change sets, Salesforce CLI, Gearset, Copado, or similar tools is preferred.
