This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Lead and enhance the Salesforce team by establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the senior escalation point during incidents, complex delivery decisions, and stakeholder conflicts.
• Shape team capacity planning, work allocation, skills development, recruitment support, and utilization of specialist partners.
• Oversee the health and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Set and enforce platform standards regarding configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and technical debt.
• Engage in hands-on Salesforce administration, which includes Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Manage users and the joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals and manage external access.
• Maintain the platform roadmap and oversee seasonal releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandboxes, and environments.
• Evaluate and implement AppExchange packages.
• Supervise Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Establish standards for Slack API monitoring and integration alerting.
• Lead incident response and problem management initiatives.
• Own the Salesforce security architecture, access controls, audits, and compliance activities.
• Manage licenses, certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Own the delivery backlog, release management, GitHub-based deployments, testing, rollback planning, and release communications.
• Enhance platform support through service measures, triage, knowledge articles, problem records, and trend analysis.
• Advocate for Salesforce data quality and provide reports on adoption, failures, API consumption, incidents, release quality, access risk, and technical debt.
• Assess and safely adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and related enterprise AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data, Integration teams, and external partners.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including line management, coaching, performance support, prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce security, including OWD, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management using GitHub, with a focus on version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request reviews, and release governance.
• Experience with API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, and failure management.
• Familiarity with managing SSL and authentication certificates and ensuring integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery capabilities, particularly in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategies, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
• Strong judgment in solution and design, with a comprehensive understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
• Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Ironclad, Qualtrics, and Slack CRM / Sales Elevate or similar tools.
• Preferred: Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Claude or other enterprise AI platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with Slack platform capabilities and APIs.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Okta or comparable identity providers.
• Preferred: Exposure to NetSuite, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, identity providers, or data platforms.
