This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and sustain ECIC’s Salesforce environment, which includes system configuration, user access, automation, security, reporting, and data quality.
• Work collaboratively with various teams within ECIC to assess business requirements, enhance processes, and create Salesforce solutions that align with program and organizational objectives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, data collection instruments, and workflows.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects involving Salesforce, data collection, reporting, workflow creation, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Act as ECIC’s Salesforce subject matter expert and an adept facilitator.
• Offer guidance, training, and technical assistance to staff members.
• Diagnose system issues, test and apply enhancements, and keep system documentation updated.
• Liaise with external Salesforce partners when additional technical assistance is required.
• Represent ECIC in both internal and external meetings, workgroups, and initiatives related to Salesforce and organizational data systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a must.
• Experience in supporting state systems, early childhood education programs, or similar public-sector settings is preferred.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, security, reporting, dashboards, data management, and system upkeep.
• Ability to independently manage a Salesforce environment and convert business and program requirements into workable system solutions.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and relationship-building.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting data collection, reporting, workflow creation, and process improvement.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with staff, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Michigan or to other locations as necessary.
• Remote work opportunity based in Michigan.
