This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage the complete process optimization within Salesforce, covering prospecting, opportunity management, onboarding, and account management.
• Identify friction points in the client lifecycle and implement necessary configuration or automation solutions.
• Prioritize and execute approved go-to-market change requests in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Client Implementation teams.
• Co-lead initiatives for training and adoption of new Salesforce features and process modifications.
• Collaborate with RevOps leadership to ensure Salesforce data structures align with forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting requirements.
• Oversee user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Support Salesforce application projects through design, configuration, testing, and migration from sandbox to production.
• Install, maintain, and resolve server and software issues.
• Provide prompt technical support.
• Assess, estimate, and prioritize enhancement requests for the CRM roadmap.
• Create and maintain documentation related to technologies, configurations, process changes, and policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Proven experience in comprehensive systems administration of Salesforce, CRM, and other cloud-based applications is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and installing new systems or significantly enhancing existing systems is required.
• Proven experience in user and user access administration is required.
• Familiarity with various system access methods including local, virtual, and web-based is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Preferred experience in supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and dashboard/report creation within Salesforce.
• Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
• Background screening experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar applications is required.
• Familiarity with relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• If you engage in any work-related driving while at Asurint, a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record for the company’s liability insurance is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required.
• Availability during normal Eastern Time Zone business hours is necessary.
• Occasional travel, including potential overnight trips, may be required.
• Capability to maintain a safe, secure, and ergonomically sound remote workspace with standard Internet speeds.
