This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist L21s on client projects as a versatile technical resource

• Create technical solutions

• Build proofs of concept

• Manage teams composed of both internal and external colleagues

• Address pertinent client challenges utilizing strategic management consulting techniques

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in software development

• Technology specialist with strong skills in cloud-native programming

• Capability to clearly and simply explain complex subjects

• Eagerness to grow with the organization and gradually assume increased responsibility

• Preferred: Experience in consulting or in leading software development teams
