Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive full-stack solutions for 4Pros’ monetization strategies, primarily concentrating on frontend development (React, TypeScript, GraphQL)

• Assist in minimizing obstacles in the onboarding process for new subscriptions and improve the setup of free plans

• Take ownership of project deliveries from start to finish, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data teams

• Implement best practices in frontend architecture and ensure high technical quality in all deliverables

• Engage in the Growth team’s monetization projects, enhancing the conversion rate from free plans to paid plans and maximizing the market presence of B2C products

• Work in conjunction with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and the technical leadership of Growth to synchronize priorities and architectural decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with 70–80% of your focus on frontend development

• Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js

• In-depth understanding of constructing interfaces and components, alongside frontend architecture best practices

• Proficient in GraphQL

• Ability to independently transition between frontend and, when required, backend development tasks

• Comfortable collaborating within a team that is undergoing changes and reorganization
