Senior Software Engineer – Backend, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Develop a semantic layer on clients' CRM data, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to enable AI to comprehend their business and respond to real inquiries.

• Create N.Rich's AI toolkit for revenue teams, empowering marketers and sales personnel to carry out tasks that previously necessitated engineering support.

• Utilize proprietary algorithms and existing data to identify individuals behind website visits.

• Make informed technical decisions and oversee features from conception through to production.

• Collaborate closely with product and revenue teams.

• Report directly to the CTO.

• Engage in live technical interviews and specialized technical discussions during the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a software engineer.

• Proficient in at least one popular programming language: TypeScript, Java, or Python.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with APIs.

• Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD processes.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience delivering projects that have been launched in production, addressing real user problems and owning them from goal to deployment.

• Daily engagement with a personal AI setup using agents linked to tools and models for reviewing their tasks.

• Capability to make technical decisions that maintain their relevance over time, including the discretion to refrain from building certain features.

• Proficient in identifying issues early and proposing solutions.

• Willingness to communicate with product teams, revenue teams, and clients.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
