Full Stack Engineer, Go, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices utilizing Golang.

• Create responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications leveraging React and contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Engage in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges while optimizing application performance.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools where suitable to enhance productivity and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in developing frontend applications with React.

• At least 3 years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.

• Practical experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application architecture.

• Proficiency with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures is advantageous.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms like Kafka is a plus.

• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-powered solutions is beneficial.

• Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies is desirable.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools is an added advantage.

• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions is a plus.
