This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee quality assurance for AI-driven experiences.
• Create and uphold automated testing strategies for Voice AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and cloud-native applications, ensuring they are reliable, accurate, scalable, and perform well.
• Develop automation that can scale effectively.
• Build and refine automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and consistently enhance quality processes to provide prompt and reliable feedback.
• Validate intricate distributed systems.
• Conduct end-to-end, API, UI, integration, and performance testing across microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Utilize AI to boost engineering efficiency.
• Employ AI-assisted tools to expedite test design, data generation, exploratory testing, coverage analysis, and defect investigation while proactively identifying quality risks.
• Collaborate to deliver software ready for production.
• Work together with engineers, architects, product managers, and operations teams to resolve issues, monitor application health, engage in code reviews, and guarantee high-quality releases.
• Elevate the quality standards.
• Mentor junior SDETs, advocate for testing best practices, and lead ongoing improvements across automation frameworks, tools, and engineering processes.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory, ideally in Computer Science.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) supporting complex, distributed systems.
• Recent practical experience testing AI-powered products, such as Voice AI agents and LLM-enabled workflows, while utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance quality engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional programming experience in C# and TypeScript, including building and maintaining automated API and integration test suites.
• Over 2 years of experience in team leadership.
