Senior Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership, enhance, and innovate Sword’s presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

• Create and implement tailored channel strategies for specific audiences.

• Develop, write, and produce various content types including long-form posts, short-form videos, carousels, and real-time commentary.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Brand teams.

• Balance adherence to brand guidelines with bold creative experiments.

• Write or shape content for executive leadership on LinkedIn and X.

• Manage social KPIs such as Organic Reach, Engagement Rate, Share of Voice, CTR, and Audience Growth.

• Set up a consistent weekly and monthly reporting schedule.

• Evaluate content performance, conduct post-mortems, and analyze channel trends.

• Refine content formats, hooks, posting times, and narrative styles based on performance insights.

• Adapt tone, design, and messaging to suit the audience of each platform.

• Lead active community management, engage in real-time discussions, participate in threads, and foster executive interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of focused experience in social media management.

• Proven success in growing organic accounts on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

• A portfolio or links to accounts that showcase outstanding copywriting, creative concept development, and short-form video production/direction.

• Expertise with analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform analytics, and GA4.

• A demonstrated ability to make data-informed creative adjustments.

• In-depth understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trending formats, and audience behaviors.

• Capability to quickly respond to trending cultural moments and produce copy and visuals promptly.

• Every candidate must exhibit at least Level 1 AI proficiency (Explorer).
