Senior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance daily social media activities across all channels and the complete Revalize portfolio, encompassing publishing and optimization.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive social calendar for the portfolio, which includes campaigns, product launches, press and influencer engagements, new content, events, and ongoing themes.

• Propose channel-specific social media strategies tailored for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other pertinent platforms.

• Create organic amplification strategies to boost the visibility and effectiveness of crucial content and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on organic content, paid initiatives, and influencer programs.

• Assess channel and content performance while identifying emerging platform, technology, and AI prospects.

• Advise on where to allocate resources, pilot new initiatives, scale, reduce, or discontinue social activities.

• Cultivate and manage online communities, participate in relevant market discussions, foster audience relationships, and back community growth efforts.

• Formulate social strategies and thought leadership initiatives for executives and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Establish channel key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance, and deliver reports and recommendations.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance workflows, improve output quality, and achieve better business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

• 5-8+ years of professional experience managing organic social media initiatives across major social platforms.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

• Experience in coordinating social media activities across multiple brands and business objectives.

• Ability to prioritize and balance competing requests, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.

• Proven track record of utilizing social media performance insights to achieve measurable enhancements in engagement, reach, and channel effectiveness.

• Demonstrated initiative and flexibility in employing AI-assisted tools and workflows in social media management.

• Candidates must complete a 30-minute online assessment.

• US employees are expected to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) with standard hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
