📋 Description

• Oversee Bondora's social media strategy from start to finish across all markets

• Manage the editorial calendar and content distribution across owned, earned, and creator channels

• Break down brand activations into formats tailored for different platforms

• Create content internally in collaboration with the Brand team

• Supervise social and content production agencies, as well as UGC creators, including sourcing, briefing, quality assurance, performance management, and cost efficiency

• Design and manage Bondora's AI-driven content engine encompassing ideation, editorial planning, production, repurposing, social listening, and performance analysis

• Conduct social, content, and share-of-voice analytics, transforming data into editorial and distribution strategies

• Engage with social media communities by moderating and responding to comments and messages

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles

• Preferably experience within fintech, consumer tech, or other dynamic digital businesses

• Practical experience with AI-driven content workflows

• Background in building or operating an AI-enabled content engine, with the ability to articulate its systems, tools, workflows, and measurable impact on business

• Strong editorial judgment and creative sensibility

• Expertise in social media at a senior level across various platforms

• Deep understanding of platform-native formats, audience behavior, algorithms, and content mechanics on TikTok, YouTube and Shorts, Meta, and LinkedIn

• Robust analytical skills related to social and content performance, share of voice, distribution, and attribution

• Experience in briefing and managing agencies, UGC creators, influencers, and external editors or production partners

• Capability to collaborate across marketing, performance, product, and data teams
