Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for essential platform services.

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure dependable software delivery.

• Create and oversee scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

• Implement solutions for monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting throughout the platform.

• Work alongside engineering teams to integrate reliability practices into the development lifecycle.

• Lead activities related to incident response and conduct post-mortem analyses.

• Automate operational tasks to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency.

• Assist with security and compliance efforts for enterprise-level deployments.

• Guarantee platform scalability, reliability, and high availability.

• Contribute to the architecture of infrastructure and operational strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

• Strong background with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.

• Practical experience using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.

• Understanding of incident management and production operations.

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for enterprises.

• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation purposes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
