Senior Site Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts related to clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and avenues for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and assistance to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized records of contracts, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Aid in the creation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices aimed at boosting efficiency and reducing risks.

• Provide high-quality results while mentoring colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Solid understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the skill to interpret complex contractual provisions and recognize potential issues or opportunities.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
