Senior Services Manager – Digital Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute projects at customer locations both domestically and internationally.

• Oversee the activities of team members and subcontractors.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers during each project.

• Commission projects and address any specification-related issues.

• Manage correspondence and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Negotiate and collaborate with team members as necessary.

• Cultivate specialized knowledge to serve as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.

• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies.

• Ensure timely delivery of responsibilities within your scope.

• Analyze data to support operational decisions and recommendations.

• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues.

• Lead smaller projects that involve moderate risks and resource allocations.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information and foster consensus.

• Influence stakeholders on relevant topics within the industry.

• Travel within the United States and internationally up to 30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, particularly in software development.

• 3–5 years of experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Primavera P6.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• No visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future.

• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally within the software sector.

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.

• Certification in software development methodologies like Certified ScrumMaster or Kanban is advantageous.

• Additional certifications related to the utility industry, such as Certified Energy Manager or NERC Certifications, are highly sought after.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Capable of leading programs and projects effectively.

• Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established project management expertise.

• Experience within the utility sector, particularly with control room systems.

• Understanding of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices, such as NERC and FERC.

• Familiarity with utility industry-specific software, including SCADA systems.
