Lead Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale, multi-location implementations and executive reporting.

• Facilitate collaboration among Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT teams.

• Install, configure, validate, and provide support for MIM deployments and integrations.

• Manage multiple projects, including their scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with clinicians and IT to align workflows with clinical use cases.

• Guide project managers and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Take ownership of planning, configuration, integration, go-live processes, and clinical adoption for MIM clinical software deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in software/digital implementation project management.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability.

• Familiarity with networks, servers, and security fundamentals.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in multi-site or enterprise deployments is desired.

• Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks is desirable.

• PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications are preferred.
