Lead Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale, multi-site implementations and executive reporting.

• Collaborate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT departments.

• Install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations.

• Manage various projects, including scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Work alongside clinicians and IT to align workflows with clinical use cases.

• Mentor project managers and promote continuous improvement.

• Facilitate planning, configuration, integration, go-live, and clinical adoption for MIM clinical software deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in software/digital implementation project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability.

• Familiarity with networks, servers, and security fundamentals.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation abilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a drug screen, if applicable.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks is preferred.

• PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications are desired.
