Agile IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing stakeholders and creating reporting tailored to the audience at team, ART, and management levels

• Assist in managing backlogs, setting priorities, defining scope, and achieving outcomes within an agile DevSecOps framework

• Maintain transparency concerning progress, delivery capacity, quality, capacity, and dependencies

• Aid and facilitate PI Planning, iteration planning, and ongoing backlog management

• Establish and consistently enhance processes for risk, quality, and change management

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the delivery and development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in ICT project management or supporting PMO/EPIC Owners in large-scale agile projects

• Comprehensive understanding of SAFe, DevSecOps, and contemporary delivery and governance methodologies

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and preparing as well as overseeing management reports

• Hands-on experience in risk, quality, and change management within intricate project settings

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational capabilities

• Methodical, analytical, and solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability

• Proficient command of the German language

• A flawless track record is essential
