This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Guide and coordinate agile teams as a seasoned Scrum Master on client projects.
• Establish, enhance, and sustainably integrate agile methodologies and processes.
• Facilitate Scrum events remotely, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and assist development teams, Product Owners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles while continuously improving collaboration.
• Support agile transformation and change initiatives.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, and agile practices within teams.
• Collaborate closely with business departments and stakeholders in the banking and insurance industries.
• Actively engage in internal development through best-practice sharing, learning sessions, and ongoing enhancement of processes.
• Several years of significant experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile project settings.
• Extensive practical experience with agile methods and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Proven project experience in the banking and/or insurance sectors, which is essential for this role.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting agile transformations and change initiatives.
• Confident in working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in facilitating fully remote, distributed teams.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
• Structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM II or equivalent, is preferred.
• Location-independent work from anywhere in Germany (100% home office), with the possibility of temporary work from other EU countries where legally allowed.
