This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, encompassing Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure that team members grasp project objectives while emphasizing cross-functional accountability, collaboration, and iterative processes.
• Mentor and coach less experienced Scrum Masters and team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Schedule meetings and eliminate obstacles that hinder sprint goals or team performance.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings to monitor quarterly release progress across various teams.
• Shield teams from external distractions and maintain concentration on key priorities.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement across multiple teams to enhance velocity and quality while minimizing risks.
• Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, Lead Engineers/development teams, and senior management to ensure that milestones and requirements are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with Technology senior management on best practices, process enhancements, and strategic planning.
• Work alongside Product Owners to prioritize backlog items based on business value and readiness.
• Develop and monitor team performance metrics, utilizing data to refine Agile practices.
• Track team progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure that Scrum teams adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Enforce processes and policies, including timesheet submissions and ADO maintenance.
• Identify and address risks and impediments, with proactive escalation as necessary.
• Assist new hires in adopting processes and maintaining updated process documentation.
• Coordinate with Professional Services regarding prioritization, escalations, disruptions, and project go-live.
• Utilize generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to enhance workflows, improve quality, and expedite delivery.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in software development execution utilizing Agile methodology.
• Advanced Scrum Master Certification is required (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II)).
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching teams, with a successful track record in driving continuous improvement.
• Proficient in establishing and producing meaningful sprint metrics to monitor, interpret, and adjust based on data.
• Familiarity with ADO or similar tools for tracking and managing development tasks.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to enhance productivity and achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
