This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Organize ceremonies with defined time constraints and a focus on achieving outcomes.
• Foster trust and psychological safety to facilitate open retrospectives and reliable improvement initiatives.
• Transition sprint planning towards alignment by reviewing tickets, setting agendas, and cleaning up Jira.
• Ensure backlog integrity by categorizing, sizing, structuring, and preparing work for sprint commitments.
• Implement and uphold standardized ticket formats, issue types, field usage, user stories, acceptance criteria, spike criteria, and bug reproduction protocols.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sprint metrics including velocity, rollover trends, and discrepancies between estimated and actual efforts.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of blockers and rollovers while ensuring implementation of corrective measures.
• Identify and address cross-team impediments, escalating larger issues to the Agile Practice Lead.
• Share delivery practices and assist in creating playbooks and templates for all teams.
• Support various teams at different levels of Agile maturity.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering Leads across multiple teams.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional product or technology teams.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to quickly build trust within teams that may be skeptical, fatigued, or experiencing conflict.
• Solid Jira expertise, covering backlog management, workflow configuration, automation, dashboard and reporting creation, and data quality oversight.
• Capability to work across multiple teams at once, manage the complexity of scheduling, and adapt to varying team maturity levels.
• A diagnostic approach to identifying team, process, and organizational challenges.
• Passion for Stand Together's vision and principled methodologies.

• Experience establishing or scaling Agile practices in developing organizations.
• Background in supporting technology, data, or platform teams with inter-team dependencies and technical intricacies.
• Proficiency in creating sustainable templates, guides, and operational standards.
• Experience working within a structured Agile framework under a practice lead or center of excellence.
