Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile Scrum processes within the organization

• Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to achieve high-quality product delivery

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives

• Identify and resolve obstacles that impede team progress

• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback sessions and retrospectives

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders

• Monitor KPIs and assist teams in delivering high-quality products or solutions on schedule

• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles

• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members

• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Practical experience with agile frameworks and techniques

• Strong grasp of technical concepts and industry trends

• Proficient in facilitating agile events and coaching teams

• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within an agile context

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Experience with agile planning and development tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Capability to build collaborative relationships and manage conflicts

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• CSP, PMI-ACP, A-CSM, or an equivalent certification

• Proficiency in facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum processes

• Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies

• Skill in identifying and troubleshooting obstacles

• Competence in tracking KPIs and communicating project status, risks, and issues
