Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values to foster self-organization, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor and communicate essential information regarding team progress.

• Create and implement tools for process evaluation to measure the application of Scrum principles within team processes.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality metrics.

• Develop strategies for stakeholder communication to collect and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process while providing support to the Scrum team.

• Establish systems for sharing and documentation through wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external entities to mitigate potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Skilled in collaboration and teamwork.

• Strong growth mindset, focusing on agility and personal and professional development.

• Capable of effective execution and delivery, including planning, implementation, and support.

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or a relevant professional qualification.
