📋 Description

• Facilitate the execution of delivery for a complex transformation in social services.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, advice, facilitation, education, and act as a servant leader.

• Assist in the establishment of an Agile delivery culture.

• Enhance team velocity and improve operational methods.

• Offer direct support to team leads.

• Identify and develop solutions for velocity challenges and take responsibility for their resolution.

• Enforce governance controls and establish repeatable metrics.

• Aid in integrated planning, solution planning, estimation, prioritization, resource allocation, release planning, and management of delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile practitioner.

• A valid Reliability Security Clearance is necessary.

• Proficient in Advanced Agile Project Management.

• Expertise in Advanced Microsoft Azure DevOps.

• Intermediate understanding of Agile Methodology.
