Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist development teams in implementing the SAFe framework for a sensor technology company focused on enhancing retail and supply chain operations.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.

• Eliminate team obstacles and support the identification and execution of solutions.

• Collaborate with client Product Owners to establish and prioritize the product backlog.

• Encourage continuous improvement within the team.

• Track team progress and performance utilizing agile metrics and reporting tools.

• Provide training and mentorship to teams on agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

• Serve as a communication link between the team and client stakeholders.

• Contribute to fostering a healthy and productive work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Experience as a Scrum Master, capable of working independently from the first day without extensive coaching.

• Proven expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies within complex, multi-workstream settings.

• Experience in managing roadmaps and delivery plans that are highly visible to stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

• Skill in building rapport with clients and navigating discussions with both business and technical audiences.

• Experience working within international contracts and high-performance agile teams.

• Regular use of AI tools and a passion for integrating AI into workflows.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
