Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Assist Developers in managing the Daily Scrum and adjusting sprint plans as necessary.

• Identify and monitor blockers, tackle recurring delivery challenges, and coordinate resolutions.

• Oversee dependencies and risks across backend services, mobile APIs, AWS environments, and third-party integrations.

• Coordinate timelines for testing, integration, and delivery.

• Track sprint progress, pinpoint delivery risks, and help align with sprint goals and project priorities.

• Foster collaboration among distributed teams, technical stakeholders, and external clients.

• Recognize process enhancements, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance delivery practices.

• Support client-facing delivery in consulting or staff augmentation settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in software development teams.

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and sprint management.

• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and aiding teams in achieving sprint objectives.

• Demonstrated capability in managing impediments, delivery risks, and technical dependencies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed, and client-facing teams.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with Developers, Tech Leads, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders.

• Experience in consulting, staff augmentation, or related delivery models.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Strong communication skills in international work environments.
