Senior Delivery Manager, German – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute thorough project plans.

• Encourage teamwork and create a unified vision for achieving project success.

• Oversee resource distribution and workload assignments based on delivery needs and anticipated financial outcomes.

• Assess plans and dependencies while tracking estimates, schedules, and discrepancies.

• Promote professional and open collaboration among delivery teams, clients, and client partners.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements, cost-saving strategies, and efficiency improvements.

• Identify risks and obstacles, develop mitigation strategies, and drive the resolution of issues.

• Inspire, motivate, and lead delivery teams.

• Cultivate accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Capture, organize, document, maintain, govern, and ensure the quality of knowledge.

• Analyze and simplify intricate information, identifying trends and interdependencies.

• Recognize knowledge gaps and areas for enhancement.

• Connect information across various topics, teams, and documentation.

• Prepare and present information tailored to specific audiences.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions for knowledge-sharing.

• Unite diverse stakeholders and encourage collaboration across organizational boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects, including Fixed Price projects.

• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.

• Experience in process analysis and enhancements.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational processes and governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and transformation initiatives.

• Background in change management and organizational alignment.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally between business and IT teams.

• Demonstrated ability to identify optimal solutions across various contexts, assessing alternatives, outcomes, and risks.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and adapting methodologies.

• Team management capabilities.

• Proven success in delivering projects from start to finish within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Architects.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automation, decision-making, and outcomes.

• Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, validate outputs, understand limitations, and take ownership of final results.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and German.

• Solid technical background in IT systems or software development is preferred.

• Preferred certifications include PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF.
