Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Oversee Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies, encompassing Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning.

• Coordinate ART initiatives and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful program increments.

• Ensure compliance with Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

• Promote continuous improvement and assist in delivering business value.

• Maintain and refresh team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.

• Cultivate communication and collaborative relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the Data Management Office.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.

• Operate during US business hours to align with global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile delivery and leading essential Scrum ceremonies.

• Practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning.

• Proficiency in maintaining and updating team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.

• Capability to identify, escalate, and remove barriers to team progress.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and associated management offices.

• Ability and willingness to work during US Central Time (CT) business hours.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on Agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Preferred location in Mexico.

• Willingness to work US Shift: 8:00 am CT to 5:00 pm CT.
