Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

• Lead Agile execution for teams involved in Salesforce implementation and delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure a well-maintained, prioritized backlog.

• Identify, monitor, and eliminate delivery blockers and impediments.

• Align development, Salesforce administration, QA, and business teams with the goals of each sprint.

• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and best practices in Agile.

• Coordinate activities related to Salesforce implementation and releases.

• Assist teams in adhering to Salesforce release and deployment processes.

• Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure teams maintain focus on their committed sprint objectives and delivery timelines.

• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Agile team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform delivery.

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Background in fast-paced Salesforce implementation and delivery projects, rather than solely in production support or O&M environments.

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experienced in Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.

• Proficient in tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and/or Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in Salesforce configuration is preferred.

• Experience in SAFe or other scaled Agile environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/release management tools like Copado, Gearset, or Flosum is preferred.
